Key Responsibilities

* Mentor and motivate your team to deliver the best possible customer experience at every touchpoint.
* Work closely with Senior Leadership to champion growth strategies that benefit our customers and business alike.
* Proactively identify ways to expand our market share and raise the standard of customer care.
* A hands‐on approach, not only overseeing inventory and ensuring efficient stock levels but also engaging directly in the sales process.
Skills & Experience
* Proven success as a Sales Manager in the automotive or RV dealership industry, with a clear focus on customer outcomes.
* Demonstrates solid financial expertise and a consistent history of meeting goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a dedication to developing high‐performing, customer‐oriented teams.
* Extensive background in sales and a commitment to solving customer challenges promptly and professionally.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leading by example to inspire customer loyalty.
