Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees
- Assist with end to end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning processes
- Ensure compliance with workplace policies and employment legislation
- Address and resolve employee relations matters effectively and professionally
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare necessary reports
- Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and systems
The Successful Applicant
Selection criteria will include:
- A Human Resources degree or the equivalent experience
- 2-3 years strong experience in Talent Acquisition/end to end recruitment
- A solid understanding of Australian workplace laws and compliance requirements
- A proactive approach to managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements
- Ability to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance
