What the Role Involves
Run your designated section with confidence—whether that’s grill, pans, larder, or prep.
Contribute to daily prep, cooking, and service while upholding robust standards of consistency and presentation.
Work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chef to keep service smooth and efficient.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised station throughout every shift.
