We are seeking a Business Support Officer to join our team in the Maroochydore City Centre. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in providing high-quality financial and operational support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including preparing and processing financial data, updating records and compiling reports.

Additionally, they will provide efficient and effective administration support to the Business Manager, including records management and other general administrative duties as directed.

We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience providing financial, business and/or executive support, who possesses a high level of integrity and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and time management skills, and be proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (specifically SharePoint, Word and Excel).

A minimum Cert III in Bookkeeping or Accounting, or equivalent experience is also required.

This is a part-time position working no more than 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
