This is a Junior Producer role with Seed Heritage based in Melbourne, VIC, AU Seed Heritage Role Seniority - junior More about the Junior Producer role at Seed Heritage An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Producer (Photography) to join a dynamic team at Brandbank Group. Reporting to the Group Studio Manager, this role will be responsible for the end-to-end production of the monthly eCommerce fashion and product shoots for Seed Heritage. The Role Sample management - ensure product is reconciled and handed to Stylist/photography team prior to shoots. Track and review image delivery and ensure quality of images meet brand standards. Work with product teams to relay retouching notes to the photography and retouching teams. Create accessories/still-life styling documents. Oversee the monthly eComm motion shoot process and approve graded files. Co-ordinate product for external shoots. Work closely with Group Studio Manager, Creative Directors and Digital Managers on shoot schedules, deadlines and requirements. Co-ordinate run sheets and documentation for monthly shoots (where required). Assist Group Studio Manager and Senior Product with talent castings, fittings and bookings. Research props for photoshoots (where required). Assist with photographer, digital operator and hair/make-up artist bookings (where required). On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Graphic Design, Styling, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Media/Communications, Advertising or similar field will be highly regarded, but not essential. 1 year experience in an eCommerce fashion styling/production role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of end-to-end product photography and motion process. Experience in fashion/retail eCommerce photography/studio environment. Highly organised, exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong time management and problem-solving skills with a willingness to take on new challenges.
