Description:
This role involves providing high-level administrative support to designated areas, teams, or branches.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing purchase requisitions, overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, managing time capture reporting, and coordinating the mobilisation of technicians to and from sites in alignment with their rosters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to designated areas, teams, or branches
* Coordinate logistics, including rosters, training matrices, audits, and compliance
* Manage site mobilisation requirements, ensuring accurate timesheet entries and induction processes
* Oversee work order administration, labour entries, purchase orders, and warranty processing
* Maintain inventory control, including safety supplies (PPE), uniforms, and stationery
* Deliver exceptional customer service, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely payments
* Support additional tasks as required to assist various branches and locations
Requirements:
* Highly developed administrative skills with previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written, and verbal
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
* Advanced computer literacy skills, previous SAP experience advantageous
* High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
* Advanced time management, planning, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
* Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
