Job Description:
As a seasoned Clinical Midwife, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team within the Maternity and Assessment Unit, Birth Suite, Special Care Nursery, and Antenatal Clinic. You will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans to utilize human, financial, and physical resources effectively, in line with regional priorities.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing Maternal and Newborn Services, including financial and clinical resource management. They will also have proven ability to drive complex change management processes and lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team within the Maternity and Assessment Unit, Birth Suite, Special Care Nursery, and Antenatal Clinic.
* Develop and implement operational plans to utilize human, financial, and physical resources effectively, in line with regional priorities.
* Provide advanced patient care, management, expert consultancy, and support both within and beyond the hospital setting.
