Event Coordinator
We are seeking an Event Coordinator to join our dedicated team.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities include determining clients' event needs, responding to client enquiries, providing quotes for conference and event proposals, mentoring property coordinators, and liaising with the operational team.
* Determine clients' event and meeting needs
* Respond to client enquiries and provide quotes for conference and event proposals
* Mentor and support property coordinators to ensure deadlines and targets are achieved
* Continually liaise with the operational team to provide high-quality service and experience
Requirements
The successful candidate will have previous sales experience including outbound calling and proven experience meeting established KPIs. Knowledge of IVvy and Sihot systems is also essential. Additionally, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
