We are seeking a Contract Administrator to support our project team in the delivery of multiple commercial construction projects.
This role involves managing commercial contracts, ensuring compliance and timely delivery across all project stages. Key responsibilities include:
* Commercial Contract Management
* Administrative Support
* Cost Tracking and Forecasting
* Liaison with Stakeholders
* Procurement and Scheduling Support

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator in construction
* Proven experience working on commercial fit out and refurb projects
* A solid understanding of Australian construction contracts (AS 4000, etc.)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Jobpac, MS Project)
* A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
* An NSW Driver's License and willingness to travel across NSW as required
