Office Coordinator
Michael Page is partnering with an independent Oil and Gas organisation focused on Australia-Pacific Regions.
About the Role
* This is a long-term, temporary opportunity to provide administrative support to the executive team and various departments.
* The successful candidate will have previous resource experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily office operations, including managing reception duties, handling mail, and maintaining office supplies.
* Offer administrative support, such as organising meetings, preparing reports, and handling filing tasks.
* Provide a warm and professional welcome to external visitors.
* Coordinate travel arrangements for the Executive Team, including flight bookings and hotel accommodations.
* Ensure the office is well-stocked, equipment is functioning, and the environment remains safe and efficient.
* Keep internal records and databases up-to-date.
* Support in creating documents, presentations, and reports.
* Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.
