- General IT help-desk support
- Setup and maintenance of accounts
- Maintenance of printers and IT infrastructure
- Troubleshooting of software and hardware

- Some experience in a similar IT/helpdesk role
- Proficient literacy skills for the production of documentation
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia
- An Australian driver's licence
- A willingness to be trained in new equipment.
