We are seeking qualified and experienced Loss Adjusters/Estimators, Panel Beaters & Vehicle Spray Painters to join our committed and enthusiastic team. These are full time permanent positions.
Loss Adjuster/Estimator Duties & Responsibilities
* Familiar with:
• Ibodyshop
• Audanet
• ARNIE
• ESTIMAGE
• REPX
• Ezi Methods – Vehicle repair methods for welding replacement panels
* Able to quote NTAR/LTAR real time, real money as well as funny money, and use Audanet and Ibodyshop for quoting.
* Customer service and enquiries both face to face and via phone, use of email system, quoting of towed vehicles – strip, photograph and cost quote.
* Use PARTSCHECK and be cost efficient with repairs and parts ordering and pricing.
* Liaise with clients and insurer assessors, discuss issues and work with trade staff over methods of repair and supplementary work.
* Assist managers with toolbox meetings and workshop issues.
* Data entry and note recording on insurance portals for future reference.
Salary: $76,515 to $85,000
Panel Beater Duties and Responsibilities
* Experience with chassis straightening equipment (Car‑O‑Liner) preferred.
* Remove panels, bumper bars, bull bars, seats etc. for repair and painting.
* Reassemble vehicle for detailing and quality inspection prior to collection by customer.
* Proven ability to work to high standards with a professional work ethic.
* Use initiative and follow instructions with sound attention to detail.
* Committed to working within a team environment.
Salary: $76,515 to $85,000
Vehicle Spray Painter Duties and Responsibilities
* Trade skills ticket in vehicle body and automotive spray‑painting.
* Knowledge of motor vehicle components – spray‑painting metals, plastics and fibre glass.
* Knowledge of motor vehicle colours and compounds used.
* Knowledge of factory specifications with regard to colour matching, including the use of computerized colour matching equipment.
Salary: $76,515 to $85,000
