 
        
        We are a small, family-run team based in Bowen Hills, looking for a motivated and organised Office Admin Assistant to help keep things running smoothly. 
About the Role 
You’ll play an key part in supporting our day-to-day operations, working closely with a friendly team who value efficiency, initiative, and attention to detail. No two days are the same - one moment you’ll be handling client enquiries, the next updating records, managing office supplies, or assisting with scheduling. 
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 3:00pm 
Key Responsibilities 
General office administration and reception duties 
Data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records 
Supporting management and team members with admin tasks 
Helping to keep the office organised and running efficiently 
Updating and managing information within company databases 
About You 
Strong organisational and time-management skills 
Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) 
Comfortable working with databases and entering accurate data 
Friendly, reliable, and enjoys working in a small team environment 
A great communicator with strong attention to detail 
Previous admin or office support experience preferred
