As a Personal Banking Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our branch network, welcoming our customers and engaging in meaningful conversations to uncover their needs and provide tailored banking solutions. You will use your product knowledge to assist customers in achieving their financial goals – both in‐person and over the phone – and referring them on to our specialised banking teams when necessary.
This is a rewarding role that empowers customers to make the most of their money each and every day.
This is a part‐time, branch‐based role of approximately 21 hours per week. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday 8.45am – 4.30pm.
Required Skills & Experience
* Customer service and sales experience, ideally in a customer‐facing/phone‐based role with experience of working to targets.
* Resilience and ability to remain calm and composed whilst managing challenging situations.
* Comfortable in working towards sales/referral targets and calling customers over the phone.
* Numerical capability, preferably with proficiency in cash handling and counting, and ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy.
* An energetic personality coupled with a genuine passion for helping people.
* The will to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.
No banking experience required. You will receive comprehensive training on our banking products and services. Our supportive team will provide hands‐on guidance and resources to help you master everything you need to flourish in your new role.
