Our customers use Bazefield to monitor, analyze, and optimize their energy assets.As part of our ongoing expansion, we are growing our operations in Australia and we are excited to hire new members to our team in Australia.Delivery Manager – AustraliaWe are seeking a Delivery Manager for Project Delivery, System Configuration, System Integrations, IT/OTDo you want to contribute to the efficient Bazefield system services to energy sites around the world?Do you want to acquire in-depth knowledge of the product's features, functionality, and applications to effectively implement, trouble-shoot, and help clients and colleagues solve technical tasks and problems?As a Delivery Manager you will work within our delivery team that is distributed across the world.Role & Responsibilities:Project management for the existing and new project in the pacific regionLiaise with customers to make sure the project and technical deliverables are on trackBe a local point of contact for the customer and manage the delivery team overseasBe a technical point of contact and work with the overseas delivery team to develop and deliver the project efficientlyHandson configuration during commissioning and onboarding new sitesOnboarding of new sites: IT/OT system integration, connectivity to sites, configuration, dataflow, calculationsCustom configurations as determined by the customer: new integrations, reports, dashboards and key performance metricsHandling of 3rd line technical support enquiries raised by customersWrite up design document based on customer requirementsUpdate documentation, knowledge base, report findings with product to R&D, possibly providing training for clients or internal team membersCommissioning of sites in pacificSkills & Qualifications:Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, think critically, and resolve issues accurately and effectively.Understanding client needs. Eager to improve and effective problem-solving skills.Clear, concise communication, able to translate technical details for both technical and non-technical contacts.Experience with technical aspects of IT systems, especially SCADA and the different interfaces/protocols/configurations connected to SCADA, as system owner, system developer, system engineer, or other relevant/similar skills.Bachelor's or Master’s degree in System Development, Engineering or other relevant.
