We are seeking an exceptional Project Management Office (PMO) Lead to oversee multiple projects, establish and enforce project management standards, and ensure financial control.
* Develop and implement project management standards and best practices.
* Oversee the utilization of practice resources and manage project profitability.
* Maintain strict financial control over projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.
* Promote PMO services, including pre-sales activities and requests for proposal (RFPs).
* Conduct regular project audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
