Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with Directors and the wider team.
* Play an integral role in high-profile projects.
* Lead and contribute across all phases of the project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
* Assist with managing the studio and overseeing the project procurement process.
* Share your passion and expertise in healthcare design.
* Manage client relationships, liaise with consultants, and support the coordination of team efforts.
Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualification in Architecture.
* Registration as an Architect preferred.
* 5-8+ years of relevant experience in healthcare and institutional sectors.
* Proficiency in Revit is essential.
* Proven experience working across multiple phases of a project.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build rapport and influence outcomes.
* Experience leading stakeholder workshops is highly valued.
* Exceptional project and team management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, fostering a positive team dynamic.
