As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing Commercial and Financial Analytics services to support the Urban development process.
About the Role
This role involves supporting the financial reporting process for each project, ensuring all contracts are procured in line with standards and forecasts are accurately assessed and reported to senior leadership.
You will collaborate directly with the development and finance teams to set budgets, update forecasts, commitments, and variations or cost reallocations between entities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver analytics, reporting, and project support to project directors and their teams;
* Support the financial reporting process for each project;
* Ensure all contracts are procured in line with standards;
* Forecast costs and prepare cost to complete cash flows;
* Consolidate all project cash flows into a comprehensive forecast for presentation to project directors, group financial controller, and senior leadership on a monthly basis;
* Audit contracts and variations to ensure compliance with agreed insurances and contract terms;
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Development, Property Economics, or related;
* At least 5 years industry experience including experience working on mixed-use residential projects;
* High proficiency with ERP/SAP based software;
* Leadership and team management skills;
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills;
* Communication and stakeholder management;
* Adaptability and resilience;
* Attention to detail and quality focus.
