About the roleReporting to the National Training & Development Manager the Technical Trainer – Remanufacturing is responsible for design and delivery of Liebherr certified technical training curriculum to Liebherr employees, ensuring quality standards and statutory obligations are met and maintained.
Duties
1. Delivery of high-quality technical training on Liebherr components
2. Liaise with local management regarding training requirements, needs and opportunities.
3. Co-ordination with internal customers to deliver required technical training
4. Maintain technical training records and documentation
5. Partake in quality audits and assessments
6. Develop training programs as required
Skills & Experience
About you
7. Have a passion for teaching, curious about future technologies and willingness to learn
8. Experience facilitating technical training and familiar with adult learning methods
9. Ability to identify opportunity/risk, propose solutions and take action
Essential skills and experience
10. Certificate III Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent trade certificate is essential
11. Liebherr component and product experience is essential
12. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE will be highly regarded
13. Previous experience in delivering training highly regarded
14. Current Drivers licence
15. Demonstrated analytical and technical aptitude
16. Sound interpersonal skills
17. Significant industry experience developing and delivering technical training programs
