The Role
As a Digital Designer, you'll take the lead in crafting visually engaging, intuitive, and purposeful learning experiences. You'll collaborate with writers, designers, and management to bring learning concepts to life — shaping everything from design direction to animation style and interaction flow.
You'll join a close-knit team of six creatives, contributing both independently and collaboratively to projects for some of Australia's biggest brands.
Key responsibilities:
* Creative Direction & Concept Development – Work closely with our Instructional Writer to conceptualise and develop compelling visual styles and user experiences.
* Digital Design & Motion – Design and deliver high-quality digital assets and motion graphics that align with project goals, brand guidelines, and platform best practices.
* Client Collaboration – Interpret briefs, present concepts, and refine solutions based on feedback.
* Quality & Consistency – Maintain design excellence across all outputs, ensuring usability, accessibility, and strong visual storytelling.
* Innovation – Stay across design trends, emerging technology, and AI-driven tools to continually evolve our creative practice.
About You
You're a confident digital designer with a passion for creating engaging visual experiences that drive understanding and connection. You combine creativity with structure — balancing beautiful design with functionality and user experience.
You'll bring:
* Experience in digital, multimedia, or eLearning design.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* A solid understanding of layout, typography, UX/UI, and design systems.
* Experience designing for digital learning, marketing, or interactive media.
* Proven out-of-the-box thinking with a creative flare.
* A collaborative mindset, clear communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience in motion graphics, animation, or interactive media (e.g. Storyline, After Effects).
* Experience working with corporate clients or large-scale brands.
