Warehouse Supervisor – Tuggerah
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, highly organised Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations at our Tuggerah branch. This is a key leadership position responsible for the smooth movement of goods, accurate stock control, and efficient order fulfilment.
You’ll be involved in everything from day‑to‑day warehouse operations through to team leadership and continuous improvement. This role suits someone with strong warehouse experience, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and dispatch
* Lead, coach, and mentor a small warehouse and assembly team, including training and performance reviews
* Conduct regular stock takes, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records
* Ensure safe, efficient packing and loading of deliveries with correct documentation
* Maintain high safety standards across warehouse, yard, and forklift operations
* Keep the warehouse and yard clean, well‑organised, and operating efficiently
* Manage stock rotation and inventory flow to support delivery schedules
* Work closely with Inventory Control teams to resolve stock or supply issues
About You
* Proven warehouse experience, ideally within construction, trade supply, or a similar industry
* Current Forklift Licence (essential)
* Truck Licence (MR/HR) – advantageous but not essential
* A hands‑on leader who leads by example and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling in a fast‑paced environment
* Strong communication skills with a positive, proactive attitude
* Confident running warehouse operations with minimal supervision
* Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence
