We're looking for a carpenter who doesn't just know how to swing a hammer, but knows how to run a job, lead a team and take pride in quality work.
Adelaide Sure Fix is growing, and we're looking for a Lead Carpenter with at least 4+ years' experience after completing their apprenticeship to join our team.
We work across residential, commercial, and maintenance carpentry, so no two weeks look the same. If you're someone who enjoys variety, solving problems on-site, and mentoring younger carpenters, you'll fit right in.
This role is ideal for someone ready to step into leadership, take ownership of jobs, and help guide apprentices while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

What we're looking for:
* Trade Qualified Carpenters – minimum 4 years post-apprenticeship experience
* Strong second fix and general carpentry skills
* Experience running small jobs or leading apprentices
* Ability to read plans and problem-solve on site
* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
* Current Driver's Licence and clean history report
* White Card
* Own tools (specialised equipment supplied by us)
* Comfortable using technology (Simpro experience a bonus)
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic, and someone who embodies our values
Note: You may be asked to demonstrate some skills during the interview process (for example hanging a door).
