Site Supervisor/Foreman
This is a highly demanding role that requires strong leadership and management skills to oversee all works on-site, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Main Responsibilities
* Manage site teams including trades and subcontractors
* Maintain compliance with project specifications, safety regulations and quality standards
* Coordinate with Engineers, Site Managers and other stakeholders
We seek an experienced professional with proven track record in managing apartment developments or larger scale residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills, as well as relevant trade qualifications or equivalent experience.
