Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join a quick-growing business providing branding solutions across mining, manufacturing, and heavy vehicle sectors. This is a field-based role where you’ll spend approximately four days on the road and one day working from home. If you enjoy face-to-face meetings with established accounts, building solid client relationships, and being the go-to person for support, this role offers plenty of variety. You’ll spend your days meeting clients, dropping off catalogues, and training them on ordering systems and making product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular site visits with existing accounts
Drop off catalogues and promotional materials
Train customers on ordering systems and processes
Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction
Re-engage less active accounts to increase activity
Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions
Key Requirements
Enjoys being in front of customers and building relationships
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, organised, and eager to learn
Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
Previous sales or account management experience is beneficial but not essential
This is a hands-on, field-based position where you’ll spend most of your week out meeting clients and strengthening relationships. You’ll be provided with a company vehicle or vehicle allowance, enjoy the support of a cooperative team, and have access to ongoing training and development to grow your skills and career.
