About The Opportunity

You can do this as a Clinical Nurse at St Vincent's Care Services Kangaroo Point. Within this position, you will need to demonstrate ongoing clinical education and experience.

Things that work for us:
* A minimum of five years' previous experience in a similar management / clinical care position
* Advanced clinical skills and exercises extended autonomy of decision making working closely with managers and other senior clinicians.
* An understanding of the culture and tradition of Catholic Health, including a commitment to the Mission, Vision and Values of the organisation and an ability to promote the behavioural expectations in line with this philosophy.
* Contribute to quality health care through lifelong learning and professional development, research data generation, clinical supervision, mentoring, coaching and development of policy and clinical practice guidelines, including delegation of care to Registered Nurses, EENs/ENs and personal care assistants/living support partners according to their competence and within their scope of practice, and mentoring and supporting current Clinical Managers.
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Nurse & Midwives Board (AHPRA) with relevant post-registration qualifications.
* A strong understanding of Nursing and Care practices and current Nursing registration with AHPRA.
* Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with all multidisciplinary team members.
* Ability to work flexibly within the business.
* Must have NDIS Worker Screening checks.
