About the Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career in the dynamic world of aviation supply chain and logistics. Our team is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us in ensuring high accuracy of the stores inventory and compliance with aircraft release documentation and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have the ability to receive, issue, and control all aircraft components and consumables in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. They will also process all inventory movements, part issues, returns, and adjustments within our ERP software.
* Receive, issue, and control all aircraft components and consumables
* Process inventory movements, part issues, returns, and adjustments
* Maintain accurate stock levels, perform regular stocktakes, and reconcile discrepancies
* Ensure all parts and materials are correctly documented, tracked, and stored in accordance with regulatory and company requirements
* Liaise with the procurement team to request, track, and expedite critical parts to support aircraft maintenance schedules
* Assist packing, labeling, and shipping of aircraft parts both domestically and internationally
* Work closely with the engineering and maintenance team to ensure timely supply of required parts to minimize aircraft downtime

Requirements:
* Dangerous Goods Acceptance training desirable
* Sound understanding of procurement, warehousing, and logistics
* Relevant aircraft and product knowledge desirable
* Ability to interpret technical data
* Experience using RAMCO or a similar inventory management system
