About the Clinical Nurse Role
The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Nurse Grade 6 (1) who is accountable at an advanced level for the coordination of clinical practice delivered in the Day Surgery Unit within the Perioperative Unit.
As a Clinical Nurse, you will provide leadership and support to Nursing and Medical staff and supports the delivery of competent, best practice quality nursing care, while working in collaboration with the line manager of the unit.
Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the Day Surgery Unit to deliver efficient and effective outcomes.
* Provide high-quality client-oriented health service delivery model.
Requirements
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Well-developed ability to identify opportunities for improvement and a demonstrated commitment to continuous quality improvement.
* Well-developed clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits
Total remuneration value of up to $131,900 p.a. is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $54.44 - $58.30 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.
