Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality patient care by providing evidence-based nursing services.
Liaise with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of care.
Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff by adhering to safety protocols.
Supervise, direct, and guide nursing team members to deliver effective patient care.
Provide education and support to individuals/patients for health recovery, rehabilitation, or end-of-life needs.
Maintain current registration with AHPRA and hold a Working with Children's Check.
Possess a Post Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing (or be working towards it).
Demonstrate a commitment to quality patient care and comply with ACQSHC National standards.
Exhibit sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Work well independently and within a team.
Have basic computer skills.
