RAC Home Services is one of the largest home security providers in Perth, offering expert advice and tailored solutions, from full Alarm and CCTV installations, technical support, servicing and repairs. Working in the Operations Security Team and reporting into the Operations Team Leader, you will support the day-to-day service & repair activities within dynamic and high performing team. ### ## **What You Will Be Responsible For*** Managing incoming Security and Home Energy leads and work orders, ensuring prompt member contact and efficient scheduling of technician appointments.* Provide technical guidance over the phone, helping to triage and resolve member issues where possible, prior to dispatching a technician.* Proactively monitor and follow up on system notifications, ensuring member needs are met efficiently.* Deliver a high-quality, member-focused service experience in every interaction, maintaining professionalism and care.* Support our sales and operations team as required.* Maintaining accurate Customer Record Management (CRM), for all leads, cases and service activities.* Ensuring all interactions, quotes, and documentation comply with company policies and regulatory standards.### ## **What We're Looking For**We're searching for a dynamic, results-driven individual who thrives in a team environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and experiences for our members.
