About Us
We are Everyday Offroad. We specialise in the big American stuff: Silverados, F-Trucks, Rams. We install high-end suspension, accessories, custom fabrication, and custom parts.
We are a growing business and moving into a bigger shop in March 2026. We are adding two experienced team members to the crew.
This is high-quality, custom, show-level and off-road ready work. If you're passionate about American trucks, love nailing clean 12V installs, and want to be part of a workshop that takes real pride in every build, we want to talk to you.
Your Role
As an Auto Electrician & Accessory Fitter at Everyday Offroad, you will lead and perform electrical installations alongside premium accessory fitting on big American builds, including:
* Wiring and integration of light bars, spot lights, auxiliary lighting, and full lighting setups
* 12V canopy and tray power systems, under-seat battery systems, dual battery setups
* Onboard air compressors, electric side steps, electric roller covers
* Underbody and canopy wiring for fridges, winches, inverters, USB outlets, and Anderson plugs
* Bull bars, roof racks, canopies and trays (with full electrical integration)
* Suspension systems (3–6.5 inch lifts, Kelderman full air, LiquidSpring, airbag setups) – including any associated sensors/electrics
You will also be involved in:
* Custom wiring looms and solutions
* Custom fabrication and electrical problem-solving
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex 12V systems on premium American trucks
We only want people who care about clean, reliable, professional installs and back their workmanship 100%.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven experience as an auto electrician (or strong equivalent) working on 4WD/4x4 vehicles, utes, or trucks
* Solid hands-on skills in 12V automotive electrical systems – wiring, crimping, fusing, battery management, lighting, and power distribution
* Experience fitting 4WD accessories (bull bars, canopies, suspension, lights, etc.) – or strong mechanical aptitude to cross-skill quickly
* Strong attention to detail and pride in tidy, professional work
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Current manual driver's licence
Bonus Skills (these will be rewarded with higher pay)
* Advanced auto electrical – diagnostics, custom looms, CAN bus knowledge
* Fabrication, welding, or mechanical fitting experience
* Experience with American trucks specifically (Silverado, Ram, Ford F-series)
* 12V solar, lithium battery systems, inverters, or off-grid setups
