Our positive behaviour support model encompasses the expertise of Behaviour Support Practitioners and Speech Pathologists to understand the drivers of behaviours from a communication, sensory and environmental perspective.
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients, along with their families and/or carers, to identify their needs through assessment and person-centred planning.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop, deliver and evaluate evidence-based support plans within a complex support space. Your primary objective will be to ensure individual plans reflect our clients' goals, passions and strengths.

Requirements
1. Registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Commission
2. Demonstrated ability to work positively in a multidisciplinary team environment
3. Outstanding communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
5. Proficiency in computer software applications
