The Role: As an Apprentice Carpenter, you will assist with the construction and installation of timber frames, floors, walls and roofs. You will be responsible for learning new skills and taking on increasing levels of responsibility as your expertise grows.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting skilled craftsmen with construction and installation tasks
* Developing skills in hand and power tool use
* Learning to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
* Supporting installation of cabinets, countertops and other woodwork features
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Requirements:
* A genuine interest in carpentry trade and desire to learn new skills
* Good hand-eye coordination and physical fitness
* Ability to follow instructions and work safely on construction sites
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and teamwork skills
