Trauma-Informed Child Practitioner Role
We are seeking a dedicated child and family practitioner to support vulnerable children and young people in care. This critical role involves casework, collaboration with families, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Casework for children and young people in Out of Home Care
* Collaborate with families, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure child safety and wellbeing
* Develop and implement individualised plans to support children's needs
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Social Work, Psychology)
* Significant experience in child protection
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
