About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a key role in empowering NDIS participants to achieve their goals, build independence, and live fulfilling lives. Support may include community access, behaviour support, personal care, transport, assistance with daily living, and emotional/social support.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience supporting individuals with behaviours of concern
* Clear, fluent English and excellent communication skills
* Ability to build strong, respectful relationships with participants and families
* Compassionate, open-minded and proactive approach
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* High level of professionalism and reliability
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
* Working with Children Check (if applicable)
* First Aid & CPR Certificate (current)
* Valid driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
* Completion of NDIS modules (or willingness to complete)
