About the role
Reporting to the Center Manager and working closely with a team of highly skilled clinicians, your responsibilities will include the provision of high quality, culturally sensitive relationship counselling and therapy, including education programs prodominatly to first nations clients within the scope of child and young people cohort. You will apply your skills and expertise in childhood development and family dynamics to respond to a diverse range of issues including, behavoural issues, relational issues, stress and anxiety, parent separation and divorce and blended families.
This role is located at Bairnsdale which is located nearly four hours from Melbourne and is a casual role. The hourly rate is $64.12 - $68.74 (with casual loading) + Super.
About you
* Degree qualified in family therapy, social work, or psychology.
* Previous supervised professional experience in relationship counselling and family violence.
* Demonstrated application of therapeutic modalities relevant working with individuals, couples and families.
