Budget & Operations
* Create accurate financial projections for annual planning and budgeting.
* Ensure operational efficiency while minimizing costs to contribute to overall profitability.
* Negotiate with vendors, maintain relationships with local authorities, and oversee environmental initiatives.
Safety & Quality
* Maintain adherence to specifications and procedures to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
* Collaborate with the Quality Department to meet all production standards and protocols.
* Train, manage, and direct support staff activities, including HR, Safety, Quality Assurance, Accounting, Maintenance, and Production supervision.
* Ensure plant operations align with industry standards and produce high-quality products efficiently.
