We are seeking a dedicated customer service professional to provide exceptional support to our predominantly older clientele and help them manage their hearing health.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in our business, welcoming clients, managing their experience for optimal outcomes, scheduling and confirming appointments, providing administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists), efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics, and more.
* Facing no previous experience in face-to-face customer service roles is not a disqualifier; training and ongoing support provided
* Passion for delivering an amazing client experience is key
* Great communication and active listening skills essential
* Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy required
* Excellent organizational and time management skills necessary
* Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team crucial
