With studios in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, this role is full-time, permanent and will be based in Inner West Sydney, and offers hybrid working (3 days in-office / 2 days WFH).You will be a content-first Marketing / Content Manager with 3 - 5 years of experience, and have some serious social media chops and the leadership skills to guide a small, high-performing team. This is a hands-on role for a natural storyteller - someone who can think strategically, execute quickly, and amplify the brand across digital platforms.On the day to day you will manage the social and content strategy, produce thumb-stopping Reels and UGC-style content, and work closely with the digital agency to drive leads and engagement across all channels.Key Responsibilities:Social & Content MarketingLead content planning, creation, and publishing across IG, TikTok, Facebook & YouTubeCurate real client images and stories to feature across channelsWork closely with a team of video content creators to produce short-form video contentPaid Media Collaboration (Lead Generation Focus)Oversee creative development for lead generation campaigns, including model searches, photo shoot giveaways, and other promotional initiativesWork with our digital agency to deliver high-performing ad assets and clear briefs across Meta, Google, and TikTokSupport BAU social advertising and paid search campaigns with fresh, optimised contentAnalyse ad performance and iterate creative based on CPL, CTR, and conversion metricsEmail & Lead NurturingDevelop and manage HubSpot email campaigns and workflowsCreate personalised nurturing journeys that convert leads into bookingsWork alongside the HubSpot specialist to optimise automation, segmentation, and performance trackingIf you are confident managing teams, content calendars and creative campaigns, and fluent in social media trends and content storytelling, come and work for this studio, where you will work with amazing photographers in a highly creative environment.
