We are Australia’s leading privately-owned housing maintenance company, proudly serving Public Housing and Community Housing, Aged Care, and NDIS clients nationwide.

We are currently seeking an experienced After Hours Administrator for a casual, work from home role. You will be responsible for responding to incoming responsive maintenance requests, allocations, coordinating with various trade groups, managing work orders across different contracts and also working on our carparks.

In this role, you will help ensure the efficient delivery of programmed works, quotes, and special projects, as well as administer trades using our database to schedule and allocate trade resources. This position requires availability for afternoon, night or weekend shifts.

We prefer someone who is already based on the Central Coast region to undertake full-time training at our Tuggerah office during the first 1–2 weeks. The successful candidate must be available to attend this in-person training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the allocation and scheduling of work orders to subcontractors in a timely manner;

• Monitor all job completion dates on a daily basis and inform internal stakeholders of pending completion dates;

• Process all work orders on the day of receipt;

• Contribute to the Managers reporting for contract monthly meetings with the tenant or trade issues and complaints;

• Maintain project registers, including delay, estimation of time, variation and progress claims;

• Provide onsite assistance by handling queries, entry and exit issues and ticket problems;

• General administration duties.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Minimum 1-2 years administration experience;

• Proficient in intermediate to advanced computer skills;

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;

• Positive and confident manner with high focus on customer service;

• Proactive and able to use initiative with a can do/nothing too hard attitude;

• Flexible and adaptable to change;

• Good strong work ethic.
