Business Development Representative
About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build strong relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities
* Create and execute sales and promotional strategies to drive growth
* Develop and maintain a journey plan focusing on key customers that drive growth
* Conduct regular night visits to bars and restaurants to promote our products
* Assist in forecasting and managing stock for the area for both direct and wholesale customers
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge and experience working with both Retail and On-Premise sales channels
* Able to build strong partnerships with customers and figure out how to add value to their business
* Able to identify and convert new business opportunities
* Well-connected and have a passion for bars, restaurants, and events
* Can create and execute sales and promotional strategies to drive growth
* Creative thinking to develop impactful brand activations and events
