This role involves meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs, providing education on digital solutions, and acting as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
About the Role
As a Banking Consultant, you will play a key role in helping customers achieve their financial goals through transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and product sales. This role is based mainly in branches and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.
* Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
* Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
* Exceptional customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
* A strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
