The Role Working closely with an experienced partner, you will handle a broad range of commercial matters, including: Business sales & acquisitions – advising on share and asset sales, due diligence, structuring, and contract negotiations. Franchising – acting for franchisors and franchisees on compliance, agreements, and dispute resolution. Commercial leasing – advising landlords and tenants on retail, industrial, and office leases. Shareholder & partnership agreements – structuring and negotiating agreements for SMEs and professional services firms. Supply, distribution & licensing agreements – drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for various industries. Corporate governance & regulatory compliance – advising on directors’ duties, ASIC compliance, and Corporations Act matters. General business advisory – advising on structuring, risk management, and commercial negotiations.
