**The Role**
As the Maintenance Team Lead, you will provide quality support and maintenance services to all clients and to the site as a whole. Your duties will include:
- General upkeep of the buildings plant and equipment
- Furniture fittings, garden, lawns and carparks
- Liaising with area managers, contractors, tradespersons and suppliers
- Reviewing reactive and preventive maintenance programs
- Involved in property and services budgets
- Reporting, and complying with relevant legislation
- Provide effective management and leadership to all staff
- Be on call for emergencies
- Other maintenance/compliance duties as required
To be suitable for this role, you must have:
- Have experience in the successful management of staff
- Must have previous experience and background in all areas of maintenance management
- Qualifications in trade or trade-related enterprises or equivalent experience
- Good computer skills
- Understand the importance of community living
- Excellent communication skills
- Have a valid driver's license and a reliable car
