Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to coordinate joint venture investment management activities across 26 assets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, showcases, and site tours, as well as managing quarterly performance reviews and maintaining seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate joint venture partner meetings, showcases, and site tours
* Manage joint venture portals, including access control, content updates, and user support
* Liaise with EA networks and senior stakeholders to resolve scheduling challenges
* Support communications and presentation materials for the Development, Leasing, and Asset Management teams
* Maintain team SharePoint sites and assist with VSA and ACCC processes
* Provide high-level administrative support, including expense management and document preparation

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Demonstrated experience in a senior coordination role, preferably as an Executive Assistant in a listed entity
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF
* Experience in SharePoint site management and budgeting
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and exceptional attention to detail
* The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
