Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Culinary Artist to join our kitchen team. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Responsibilities include maintaining high food quality, minimizing waste and adhering to strict hygiene and food safety standards. You will also assist with inventory management and ordering of food supplies as directed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 2 years commercial kitchen experience in a high-volume environment
* Availability to work weekends and evenings
* Dependability and reliability
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (preferred)
* Current Food Handler's Certificate (or ability to obtain) and RSA (or ability to obtain)
