About the role
Join our thriving Expert Plumbing and Solar team as a Labourer based in Bathurst, NSW. In this full-time role, you will be a vital part of our operations, supporting our skilled tradespeople to deliver high-quality plumbing and solar installation services to residential and commercial clients.
What you'll be doing
1. Assisting our plumbers and solar technicians with a variety of tasks, including site preparation, equipment transportation, and general labour support
2. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
3. Ensuring all tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order
4. Adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols
5. Providing exceptional customer service and representing the company in a professional manner
What we're looking for
1. Demonstrated experience in a similar labourer or entry-level trade role
2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
3. Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
6. A valid driver's licence
