Catering Supervisor Role
As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the catering operations at our venue. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and take your career to new heights.
The Job Responsibilities
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantries and kitchens on client floors
* Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure seamless service delivery
* Hold or obtain a Food Safety Supervisor Certificate to maintain a high standard of food safety
* Communicate effectively with clients and relay feedback and concerns in a timely manner
* Ensure safe food handling practices are followed at all times to protect our customers
* Deliver exceptional customer service and experience through proactive engagement and communication
* Work mornings 5 days a week to meet business needs
The Ideal Candidate
* 3-5 years experience in managing large hospitality venues with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and rostering/ordering software to streamline operations
* Availability to work mornings 5 days a week to cover critical periods
* HACCP qualifications highly regarded as we prioritize food safety and quality
* Unit Manager or Supervisor experience an asset as we grow our business
* Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
* A genuine sense of hospitality with a commitment to delivering platinum service standards
* Discreet, ethical, and committed to maintaining confidentiality in all interactions
