As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in your assigned region by understanding customer challenges and opportunities. You will thrive on identifying the right solutions from our offer portfolio to drive results.
In this role, you will:
* Identify and drive new opportunities within the market through strategic solutions, new customers, and emerging segments.
* Manage and maintain a rolling 12-month order book and pipeline with existing and new customers to optimize revenue.
* Conduct thorough market analysis and gather intelligence on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
* Achieve territory and team objectives aligned to regional targets and sales incentive schemes to maximize performance.
* Some administrative tasks are an integral part of this role.
This role suits someone with:
* Over 3 years of field sales experience in a relevant sector, preferably with a strong track record of success.
* Ability to identify valuable customer, market, and industry insights to inform business decisions.
* Understanding of sales process methodologies and their application in driving results.
* Strong commercial and critical thinking skills to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Able to translate product features and benefits into compelling value propositions that drive results.
* Experience working with stakeholders and Tier 1-3 customers to build strong relationships and drive growth.
