The Opportunity
We are looking for an organised and communication‐focused Master Scheduler to help us provide support for a wide range of projects. Bringing a continuous improvement mindset to everything they do, we are looking for someone who can align people to schedules and act proactively.
This is a full‐time, ongoing position based at our Parramatta South campus.
About You
* Extensive exposure to project planning and scheduling.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
* Effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, teamwork, including report writing and stakeholder engagement.
* Ability to work independently with considerable autonomy, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a deadline‐driven environment.

Remuneration Package
HEW Level 8 $138,029 to $153,227 p.a. (comprising Salary of $116,636 to $129,479 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
