HR Business Partner
This role is an opportunity to join our organization and contribute to its success by partnering with the business to coach and provide advice on all people-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business unit managers to provide specialist advice, guidance, and service in relation to managing people operations matters such as employment, behavior, and values, health and safety, promotion of wellbeing, performance management, learning and development plans, internal stakeholder relationships, and employee engagement activities.
* Provide employees with advice, guidance, and support in relation to their employment, entitlements, and related employment activities.
* Review and deliver the organization's engagement offering, including wellbeing and employee relations programs and events.
Requirements:
* Advanced Diploma of Business (Human Resources) or equivalent business degree in a related discipline from an accredited institution.
* Return to Work Certificate or willingness to complete.
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to undertake.
* WHS Consultation Certificate.
* Certificate IV Business Coaching.
